@onegogh1976 If someone doesn't SHOW UP (to something), then we are usually talking about a prearranged or agreed-upon meeting. She didn't show up to the party.
If someone doesn't TURN UP, however, it sounds more like they went missing completely (especially when you write "that night" afterward)
Of course, sometimes the two phrases are synonymous ("we were supposed to have a meeting today, but she never turned up/showed up"), but without further context, I feel like it could change the meaning of your sentence.

Yes, if you mean she was planning on not showing up. It sounds colloquial
