The word “score” as a quantity is usually only present in historical literature. A score is twenty years
“two score” would be “forty years”
When score is used for quantity it remains “score” instead of “scores”
In the US, I think the only place I’ve seen the word “score” would be in the Gettysburg Address “four score and seven years ago”
