With the direct & indirect object pronouns in Brazilian Portuguese, are they the same as European or are they different? Me, te, lhe (ele, Ela você), nos, vos( a vocês) lhes (a eles, elas)
I’ve seen “te” used for Você a lot but shouldn’t it be “lhe “. Also, can you give some examples with these pronouns?

To explain everything of the personal pronouns in Portuguese is very difficult. But, if I understood your question, you want to know why sometimes we use te in place of você, but lhe we don't, yes? And if the object pronouns (personal pronouns) in Brazilian Portuguese are the same as the European Portuguese, right?

In grammar, yes, they are the same:
1st - (singular) me, mim, comigo / (plural) nos, nós, conosco
2nd - (singular) te, ti contigo / (plural) vos, vós, convosco
3rd - (singular) lhe, o, a, se, ele, ela, si, consigo / (plural) lhes, os, as, se, eles, elas, si, consigo

How you could see, "te" and "lhe" are for diferent speech person: te for the 2nd and lhe for the 3rd.

I don't know how it be in European Portuguese, but here in Brazil, most specifically in Paraná (where I live), in the colloquial language we don't use the personal pronouns "grammatically correct" because we often use, in the place of "tu", "você" that is a treatment pronoun, and not a personal pronoun.
This is why (in a very very very short explication) we use "te" (2nd person) in the place of "você".
