@aiko7525 The sentence you have "commuting time 2 hours is pre-roma norm here in my region" is talking about travel time in your region (which is not specified) and the length of time is 2 hours. Norm is short for normal so its stating it is normal 'pre-roma'. It doesn't make sense if it is talking about a place. Also COVID-19 is often called rona such as co'rona'virus (especially in Australia where I live).

@aiko7525 ah I misread that as rona not roma, my fault sorry! But judging by the context of the sentence I would think it is still referring to CVD19. As referring to the place Roma (town in Queensland) or Romania (Ive never heard it referred to as Roma) doesn't make sense in the sentence you provided.
