¿Esto suena natural? (given subject: Small, individual bussiness can survive. Do you agree this statement, and why?)

I do not agree that small, independent businesses can survive in modern society. My opinion comes from the following three reasons.
First, small companies deal with small number of products. They may lose the customers’ satisfaction when consumers choose the goods.
Next, especially from individual companies are often expected to provide the heartful or professional service , but small business do not always work well.
Finally, individual companies may have little power to analyze current trends in the economy, in contrast to bigger companies. This may cause a critical fail in decision making for handling their business.
In conclusion, I do not believe that small shops have advantages in the economy compared with large businesses.
