En inglés, hay modos diferentes a reír cuando estás hablando con alguien en la móvil, por ejemplo hay "LOL" (Laughing out loud) or "ROTFL" (Rolling on the floor laughing). Are there abrivations like this in Spanish as well?

I don't think so, in Spanish we use to use LOL sometimes.
