I've got a question about two sentences below.
"I thought you would come.","I forgot I have to do that"
I think I have to use "had" instead of "have" acording to the grammer used in the first sentence.
What I mean by the second sentence is "I still have to do"

"I forgot I had to do that" would be the proper way to word that sentence. However, "I forgot about that" is a much more natural answer to the question. :-)
