I’m not into it = I don’t like it.
(I’m into it = I like it)
“I’m not on it much” sounds like they are talking about not being on a website, app, or an online game very often.

Thank you!
So, do you use the phrase "I'm not on it much" for only some activities related to internet?
For example, if you used to go to the gym everyday but not anymore, would you say "I'm not on it much"?

🤔 This isn’t quite right. It almost sounds like it could be slang, but I feel like it should only be used with things you’d say you are “on” to begin with.
So like. I go on a treadmill -> I’m not on it much these days.
I’m on a diet - I’m not on it anymore.
Or with set phrases like “on my A-game” or “on the ball” -> I’m not on my A-game lately/I’m not on the ball lately.
In general you could say “I’m not about it” but that’s more similar to “I’m not into it.”
You’d probably just say you haven’t been going as much lately/recently.
I’ll try to think if there is other slang for this... 🤔 💭
