Hi! I would like to know if these letter to property management company/Estate managements company looks good.

Dear Tenants
I hope you are alright.
It's really sad to tell you this but we are struggling with awful, awful manners by neighbors, Flat 1 and 4. The residences in Flat 2 are now with their parents.
I know Londoners have the worst litter problem in the world but this is way too much and feel so sorry for the guys who collect them.
They don't care which is recyclables or which is to go rubbish bin.
and never tried to crush the cardboards. they just put the boxes without crush them...and I always deal with litters on the collection day. It's very hard to move them outside.
I am always trying to get rid of overflowing garbage and put them back, collecting scattered garbage around our premises, nobody care.
We are from Tokyo but this kind of garbage with bad manners cannot be collected and they usually leave it.
I wish you could send them kind of cautions or something.
I cannot take care of such stupid old guys..
