I have some trouble with the phrase "leave A with B".
I learned that this means "don't disturb B and just give him/her some authority about A".
ex ) "Just live it with me."
However, I also saw another example like this :
"They left me with all the clearing up."
Is this sentence wrong? Or is it natural? Please let me know.

To leave A with B could mean giving power to B however it could just be the person suggesting an easier option for the both of you and they think B is a suitable person for A to be left with, it works both ways.
"They left me with all the cleaning up" is not wrong (Personally I would say "they left me to do all the cleaning up") it is also like the giving, they left the responsibility of cleaning with you, so per your example you could say A (the cleaning) was left to B (the person)
I hope that makes sense :)
