No! Just like in English, this doesn't make sense. If you want to learn how to make a specific tense in Dutch, you can also just ask a general question instead of giving examples :)
The Dutch tenses correspond pretty well in form to the English ones by the way:
The basic ones are:
English : Dutch
I drive : Ik rijd
I drove : Ik reed
I have driven : Ik heb gereden
I had driven : Ik had gereden
I will drive : Ik zal rijden
I would drive : Ik zou rijden
I am driving : Ik ben aan het rijden
I was driving : Ik was aan het rijden
Just like in English, only the finite verb changes! So whenever there is an auxiliary verb (i.e. be, will, have in the English examples and zijn, zullen, hebben in the Dutch ones), the main verb (to drive / rijden) becomes an infinite verb, so it is the same form for 1st/2nd/3rd person and singular/plural!
