Is this natural?
I remember it was when I was 18 years old and just graduated from high school. At that time, I had this big decision to make, that was whether I would study engineering or business. I mean those are like the two biggest areas in the job market, right? A lot of my relatives, including my parents, told me that I should study engineering. This is because I had always been good with science subjects. I was also pretty shy and quiet, which was supposed to be not a good thing for business.

It sounds natural to me. Just in the last part, it would be better to say “which was supposed to not be a good thing” instead of “to be not”. Other than that, it’s great!
