You could say “ I don’t understand your point” or “ I don’t get your point”

@LilChee it doesn’t sound natural to me. I would say “I’m not sure I understand you” or “I’m not sure I get your point” You could also say “I don’t get it”. I don’t get is more informal but tells you don’t understand their point or what they mean.
