The first is unnatural. The second should be "I want to watch Netflix"

“I want to watch Netflix” is correct if you are just stating that you want to do something and is more commonly used.
“I want to be watching Netflix” can be used in these situations:
“I don’t want to be here. I want to be watching Netflix at home”
“On a rainy day like this, I don’t want to be outside I want to be watching Netflix in my bedroom”
Hope this makes sense!

Personally, for the first sentence, I would say, 'I wish I was watching Netflix' because when you wrote, 'I want to *be* watching Netflix', it suggests that you are doing something else that you are enjoying less than your desire to watch TV (for example, you're at work).
For your second sentence, maybe somebody asks you what you want to do right now and you answer, 'I want *to* watch Netflix.' Your sentence is correct except it is missing the word 'to'.
I hope I have answered your question to your satisfaction.
