How do we say "one" in German. For example when I say "I want to buy a motorcycle, so my father will buy me ONE".
Or
"There are so many cats in the pet shop. Please bring us a decent ONE"
What is the rule used to say "one" in German?

That depends on the Genus, otherwise it's the same as in English:

einen (m.)
eine (f.)
ein(e)s (n.) (the "e" is generally omitted, especially in spoken German)
