With hindsight
- what someone thinks they should have done with the information.

In hindsight
- someone thinking about what they would have done if they had known before.

Example:
In hindsight, I would have taken the job.
(They WOULD have taken the job with the new information).


To make it more understandable:

You use "With hindsight" when you're talking about what you should have done if you had the extra information when you made the decision.
You use "In hindsight" when you're talking about what you would've done (what you wish you had done) when you made the decision.

With hindsight = The choice you wish you had made.
In hindsight = The choice you think you would have made.
