1. My English Improved - Your English has got better maybe by experience and being around English speaking people.
2. I improved my English - Used to say that you yourself have made your English skills better may it be by reading textbooks.
This can be used when talking about the English GCSE in UK, you have to revise for English class. Your English will improve because you revised so you would say "I really improved my English skills so I was able to get an A" but you wouldn't say "My English skills improved and I was able to get an A" if you wanted to show that you revised.

@basic
Thank for the thorough answer.☺
I actually wanted to learn about the transitive and intransitive verb form of 'improve'.
Is my first sentence 'intransitive'?

I have taken this from a dictionary website (British people rarely look at these specific things like transitive and intransitive so it isn't something we remember on memory or think about haha)
transitive
To raise to a more desirable or more excellent quality or condition; make better: Exercise can improve your health.
To increase the productivity or value of (land or property): improved the house by adding a bathroom.
, intransitive
To become better: Economic conditions are improving.
To make beneficial additions or changes: You can improve on the translation of that text.

I hope that helps. This is from a proffesional dictionary so don't worry.

'My English is improved.' in stead of ' my English improved'
It seems like the first sentence is a passive sentence.

@stephyklc My English is improved does not make sense for speaking purposes.
