I would say the best way to say this would be:
The only thing I’ll ask “of” you is to please stop using this filthy language with me.

The 2nd one is natural.
The only thing I’ll ask from you is for you to stop using this filthy language with me!
@jtshum 's sentence, "The only thing I’ll ask of you is to please stop using this filthy language with me", is more correct, more proper, and more polite. But I would leave out the word "please".
