@ttlearner Well, first of all, there is a problem with diction: it should be "every day" not "everyday." The comma before "make" should be a period. There should also either be something before or after "after you", eg. "documents for the person after you. Or, there should be a period after "documents" depending on what they mean. Not to mention "take round the post."

@soyoko9000 everyday you will put away paperwork or documents after you and someone else has worked with them, make sure that the office has enough paper, envelopes, and other stationery and take round the post.

@ttlearner That sentence has a lot of problems. I think they mean that you're supposed to go around your workspace to make sure the next person has the supplies they need. It might also mean that people take rounds to work at the post. It's best to probably just ask what they mean.
