Is this sentence natural and correct? What's the difference?

This subject is reported speech.
So you report something to someone.
You have to look at in which timeline you heard the thing you are going to report and you have to make that time one past.
So I had to see what you directly heard before checking the reported speech sentences but don't worry :)

1) He: I will come tomorrow. (said to you)
He told me that he would come tomorrow.
will > would

2) He: I am coming tomorrow (said to you)
He told me that he was coming tomorrow.
am > was

3) He is coming tomorrow.
This way is more informal.
This is also right but you can't write he is coming if you use he told me that.
