EITHER and NOR are negative
TOO and ALSO are positive
EITHER is correct in your example because "didn't" or "did not" is negative
NEGATIVE:
I did NOT have lunch yesterday.
I did NOT have lunch yesterday EITHER.
NOR did I.
POSITIVE:
I lied. I did skip lunch yesterday. (did skip is more deliberate, like a confession. "Skipped" is more natural. But "did skip" and "skipped" are both positive.
I skipped lunch yesterday.
I skipped lunch yesterday TOO.
I skipped lunch yesterday ALSO.
