There is no difference. There are probably some situations where a native speaker would choose a specific phrase, but I don't really think that any problems will be caused if you choose a random one.

big on is more of what you are really into at the moment or what you are interested in, like "I'm big on hip hop music"
fond of is what you like, even if you are not super into it, you can say you are fond of it. it is a softer/lighter version of big on. "she is fond of chocolate"
