Pregunta de Inglés (UK)

¿Cómo dices esto en Inglés (UK)? 1. If you add the more powder, it tastes more pungent coffee.
2. The pungent odour is hitting the nostrils.
3. This perfume is pungent. I like mild fragrance.
4. This pickle is filled with pungent aroma of garlic.
would you please correct my mistakes?

You wouldn't really use pungent that often as a word. Except to say 'there was a really pungent odour coming out of that room' or similar, to mean a really strong smell, and most of the time to mean a bad smell.
Instead the most natural way to say these things would be:

1. it tastes stronger. there will be a stronger coffee taste.

2. hitting my nostrils, irritating my nostrils.

3. is too strong, I prefer milder fragrances.

4. with a pungent aroma, or a strong odour/scent
