As I have learned that the use of “avere “ in passato prossimo is when there is a direct object in the sentence, otherwise i have to use “essere” , so is there other cases to use “ avere” in passato prossimo ?

Mmmh, not really. As a rule of thumbs, virtually every verb uses "avere", there are only few exceptions that use "essere", that is reflexive verbs (e.g. "lavarsi" --> "mi sono lavato") and movement verbs focusing on a direction rather than the movement itself (e.g. "andare" --> "sono andato a casa" and "saltare" --> "sono saltato giù dal treno").
PS. Oh, and passive constructions also use "essere", but I think you already know that, it's a different thing from the "passato prossimo" 🙂
