It depends on the context, but I think the better phrase is usually "For no reason" instead of either of your options.
"My friend is mad at me for no reason."

@AVRaman thank you for your help! My textbook says, "It is not unusual for me to call my friends up without any reason", but I answered instead "without any reasons". It is difficult for me to decide single or plural after "any".

@HIimemma Even in this sentence, the more natural way to say it is "It is not unusual for me to call my friends up for no reason".
But in general, when you use reason like this, it is always singular. I actually can't think of any sentence where I would use "without any reasons". So always choose with "without any reason".
