Ты - an informal appeal to a friend, family member, peer. Ты уже пришла домой? (to mother, for example)
Вы - a formal appeal to an unfamiliar person, to a respected person. Вы проверили мою работу? (to teacher, for example). Also вы - an appeal to a group of people.
Вас - родительный падеж (genitive case), винительный падеж (accusative case), предложный падеж (prepositional case) for Вы (вы)
Вас нет дома. Я вижу вас. Я всегда думаю о Вас.
