一つ目は"嫌い訳ではないがあまり食べない"ちょっと似てると思います。あるいは、人参が好きではない。
二つ目は"人参が嫌いだ"ちょっと似てる。ですが、英語でのほうが強い文書はI hate carrots と言うです。
強さに関して。。。
一番嫌い、I hate carrots.
二番目、I dislike carrots
3番目、I don't like carrots.
