They mean the same.
When you have two verbs in the same clause, you are free to put the clitic pronouns before the verbs...
-> Me estoy bañando.
-> Te lo voy a decir.
-> Nos vamos a ir.
... Or attach the clitic pronouns to the verb they belong.
-> Estoy bañándome.
-> Voy a decírtelo.
-> Vamos a irnos.
The meaning doesn't change.
