Talent refers to a natural born ability. Flair refers to the way in which someone carries out their actions.
Jamie had always been so good at the piano since she was 5, she's so talented.
Rachel has a lot of flair, she would always dress in her distinctive style.
Although, flair and talent still share the same meaning in some instances, I provided examples of when they could mean different things.
