Is this correct?
A: The manager called me now. He said “show me the document today which is B will use in the meeting on Monday.”
B: Really? I’ve just found a mistake in it this morning, and I’m revising it now.
A: Oh, are you? If you had told me that earlier, I would have helped you.
B: I’ll try to do it for myself for the time being, but if I can’t finish it by noon, could you help me?

remove "is" from the first part
"... which B will use in the meeting..."
remove "for" from the last part
"I'll try to do it myself for the time being..."

@Yuri_Kkk "for myself" is literally for you and you only, and not for anyone else, so if you say "I'll work on it for myself" then you're working on something for your own benefit and not for the benefit of other people
"by myself" will always mean that the speaker is alone
but, I can't think of a good explanation of when to use "myself" instead of "by myself", my apologies
