There is hardly any difference between "Good luck for your exam." and "Good luck on your exam."
"Good luck for your exam" sounds unnatural. I think if you were to use this, it should be phrased, "Sending you good luck for your exam!" when you're writing a letter or email to a person. It sounds strange to say it though.
