I don't know what the word means in this song, maybe you should ask someone from Puerto Rico because it's possible that this word means different things in different countries.

Here in the western part of Mexico, we use the word chivatón/ona for a person who is a rat, a mole, a tattletale or a snitch. It could be any person (no matter the age) who snitches on others.
Another possibility is that they are referring to the slang "chivearse", which is to become embarrased, act shy, or even blush for some social situations. So, some may call a shy woman who "se chivea" could be called chivatona.
However, and since the lyrics seem to be from a raggaeton song, which are usually from Puerto Rico, you may follow @JosueOblomov advice and ask in the Puertorican section in order to be sure how they employ that term.

@Nomadires I’m going to go with your first answer with it meaning snitch, since it has so many slangs. It’s a rap song but I don’t know if they are mexican or not but they are speaking spanish

Most raggaeton singers are from Puerto Rico.
And remember that Spanish is a language that is spoken in many countries. It is actually one of the most spoken languages around the world (I believe it was third, just behind Chinese and English), and, just as the two most spoken languages I cited above, it has multiple dialects, and a native speaker might not know certain dialect-specific terms.

@dameunfrenchfry Yeah, it is not raggae, it is raggaetón (sometimes spelled reguetón). They are different musical genres.
