There is no real difference between these so you can say either. Also, the second sentence should be "I feel burned out."

@iamaychin that's just how it is. We don't say "I feel burnout" but you can say the following:
"I have burnout."
"I feel burned out."
"I am burned out."
"I am experiencing burnout."
etc.
