No, but which language is?
As long as you have an real interest in learning, your country’s English education is pretty much irrelevant. I’ve spoken with people from all over the world that failed all their English classes and went on to become fluent just by browsing the English-speaking internet and playing online games.
It’s hilarious to me that games like RuneScape, Roblox, CS:GO, MapleStory, Apex Legends, and Minecraft can beat out entire governments in terms of English results.
