It’s very passive aggressive and rude usually. It can be kind of dramatic lol
Someone would usually use this in an argument, implying the other person is slow or stupid.
It means “in case you’re too dumb to have realized the situation, I’ll explain it for you.”
Example : “In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I don’t love you anymore! I love him now!”

It's a sarcastic way of telling someone something that should have been obvious.
It is normally used for negative statements.
Examples:
In case you haven't figured it out yet, I have no interest in joining the basketball team.
In case you haven't figured it out yet, Jennifer has been leading you on this whole time.
I'm not the sporty type, in case you haven't figured it out by now.
