You can use both 님 and 씨 to attach to names. *님 can also follow titles*

씨 somewhat polite but without a particular nuance. (Mr. Ms.아가씨 Mrs.)
I use 씨 when they're younger or that of a similar status, 씨 is becoming less common these days
*it's kind of growing out of fashion (old school)*
e.g. 켄지씨 would be a polite way to refer to somebody with the name 켄지.

People use 님 a lot more, 님 is to show respect (Sir, Ma’am)
님 when it's ambiguous, suffix normally attached to titles like teacher and other respectful positions
e.g. 선생님, 사모님, 대표님, 사장님, 원장님 etc.

가장 상대방을 존중하는 것이 -님
그것보다 격식을 조금 덜 갖춘 것이 -씨

입니다.

회사에서는 보통 같은 사원clerk끼리 Amy 씨, Harry 씨, 하고 부릅니다. Amy 님 이라고 부르는 것이 틀리진 않았지만 굳이 -님이라고 부를 필요는 없어요.

다만 일반명사 -님 은 - 씨로 바꾸면 싸우자는 거예요.

선생씨X (싸우자고 시비거는 것)

형님O
형씨X (싸우자고 시비거는 것)

회원님O
회원씨X

부장님O
부장씨X

님 - for euqually formal settings for higher-ups or equals and below before well-acquainted
