@studiousme It does! but don't forget the "it" before "anymore", because instead you would be saying them you don't want to hear the WORD "anymore".

@mati976 Oh, that would make no sense. So does it sound natural to you now?

@mati976 Thank you. Can I also say “That’s purely nonsense! I don’t want to *listen to you* anymore”? Does it sound natural to you?

@mati976 Alright. Could you think of some alternative ways to phrase “that’s purely nonsense”? I’d love to see what you have to say.

@studiousme Also "That's purely nonsense! I won't listen to you anymore." or "That's purely nonsense! I won't hear another word coming from you." You have a lot of ways to say that.

@mati976 Thank you, although I wanted to know some alternative ways to say “that’s purely nonsense”, not the sentence after it.

@mati976 Alright. Thank you! “Where did you get that” sounds like the other person got something physical to me. 😂 Can you explain to me a little bit?

- Español (España)
@studiousme Yeah, that sentence really depends on how you say it, if angry, disappointed, sad, etc. I think this is one of the most expressive and used ways of saying that someone is wrong about something they said.
