So I've been literally studying French from 3th grade till 10th grade but I can't talk in french at all , I can maybe put some words and mix it with my sentences bcz French is the Most used language after Arabic in Algeria .
At first I didn't really care about it but now after I recognized how could be not good in French will affect me in highschool, University or even in daily Life I want to study it from the beginning starting with basic things .
So I was wondering if can anyone ( native speaker or a language learner ) help me with some sources to study and tips to memorize vocabulary , grammar...etc

I recommend you to listen a lot through YouTube videos cuz written french and spoken french are nottttt the same.

as for grammar learning tips and all, you should ask directly to someone who's learning French, since native speaker don't have the same way to learn french 🙃 
all I can tell you is the Quizlet site to make flash cards, mini games and create your own exams 😅 also, (this wroks for any language) when you learn a new word, try to use it as much as possible, and avoid those vocab list you have to learn by heart. instead, learn them in a sentence.

Ask native speakers questions for free
