"Sencillo" y "llano" are synonyms (although It's the first time I hear "llano" in that sense). You can use them to describe a piece of clothing not decorated and therefore doesn't attract attention.
When you're talking about clothes, "liso" refers to a piece of clothing not decorated, but also refers to something of a single color or something that have no pattern on it.
If I had to choose between the three, I'd choose "sencillo".

Sencillo means that something is simple or easy.
Liso is for soft things, that almost always flat.
Llano is literally Flat.
We can say
El exámen era sencillo/ The test was easy
Los gatos tienen un pelaje liso/ The cats have a soft fur
El piso es llano/ The floor is flat
If you want, you can change Llano for Plano, they're the same, just, Plano sounds more natural
