¿Cuál es la diferencia entre estoy visitando y estoy de visita y 📝are these both the same? Both used for the present? like if someone asked me why are you in Mexico, would these be the same? ?Puedes dar oraciones como ejemplo.

In essence both mean the same, but if you're going to say "estoy visitando" you need to specify what, if someone asks you "What are you doing in Mexico?" you can either answer just "Estoy de visita" or "Estoy visitando (algo)", for example:
- Estoy visitando el museo "..."
- Estoy visitando un templo
etc.
You can't just say "estoy visitando", it sounds really unnatural
