Нет, такого же слова в английском нет к сожалению
You can always say something like
“You did such a great job, so proud of you!”

There isn't a noun that works in such a versatile way, no. Depending on the situation, you can praise the person for the specific good trait they exhibit: "you're a genius!" for example
