¿Cuál es la diferencia entre why こんにちは is with は not わ and how would I know the diference.. ( how should I know in a sentence that the は is pronouced like わ?) y こんにちは y すしはおいしい ?Puedes dar oraciones como ejemplo.

は is only pronounced as "わ" when it means "is" "are", or whatever.
こんにちは、こんばんは etc are just special cases. You have to remember them as they are.

But if you want to know the history, こんにちは comes from "Today is (good weather, how are you etc)", so you can see why we use は instead
