I'm pretty sure I've heard both "suscríbete" and "suscríbanse" but yes, I'd say the former is more common.

Here, you're refering to each one of the audience because they are not together (in their houses). So you say "suscríbete" (although you can also say "suscríbanse"). But if the youtubers were in a concert or smth like that, they'd say "suscríbanse".
