The Spanish that is used in that video has a really marked accent, it sounds like a ecuadorian accent, so if you can understand it, go on, but if it sounds weird for you, I'd recommend you to look for another videos with a more neutral accent

It's a good source for informal spoken Spanish. I glanced through the video and I'd only warn you that the man seems to omit some "s" sounds and turn them into a soft "h" (it's not anything rare, I also do it, but it's more common in some countries than others).
If you enjoy a content creator, it's always great to use them as one of your learning resources, as you can have fun while learning. I learned a lot of Japanese with this method. Also you don't have to worry about understanding every single thing, at least looking up stuff that makes you curious or that you heard clearly enough to look up without trouble is already good enough.
