Being reliable is not really referring to a person's character or morals, it refers more to being able to depend on someone to complete an action, perform a task, be on time, things like that. It also can be used when referring to an object, for example this car is reliable and won't break down, this brand of tools is reliable and won't break.
Trustful and trustworthy are synonyms and refer more to a person's character typically. Like for example this person didn't tell anyone my secret, and always does the right thing, he is trustworthy/trustful.
Calling someone trustworthy is more common than using the term trustful, but even more common is for people to say I trust/ don't trust him/her. Or I can/can't trust this person

@Ssnot reliable is someone you can count on to do something. Mostly used for actions.
A trustful person is someone you could tell a secret to or someone you could confide in. You could also be considered trustful person with actions.
Not too sure trustworthy and trustful have much difference in usage. Trustworthy is less widely used and I think it would be used more with someone's overall character.

And what about information or facts?
Would you say if I say that information is reliable/trustful/trustworthy, it'd have the same meaning?
