Na verdade ambas as palavras podem significar a mesma coisa = ato de comer/ refeição

Almoço= rfeição do meio-dia. No Brasil, é a refeição principal.

"Almocim" = incorreto.

Existe "almocinho" que é um almoço normal. Em algumas regiões, o falante não diz a palavra toda e de almocinho fica almocim.

"Venha comer um almocinho delicioso no Restaurante Casa da Vovó.

Almocim pode ser uma palavra usada em festas islâmicas, mas não creio que seja a sua pergunta
