Does this sentence mean that the person has watched the show twice or does it mean it's only the second time they have watched a show to the end?

In that case, my guess was correct:
"Ich hab das in einer Nacht durchgesuchtet. Zweimal [= habe ich es durchgesuchtet], wieder eine Serie, die ich voll zu Ende geschaut hab, aber die fand ich ganz cool, hatte was."
Translation as above - "Twice [have I binged it], another series I've totally watched all the way to the end, but I found it pretty cool, it was neat."

The writer doesn't use enough punctuation, which makes the sentence ambiguous so that I as a native speaker can't say with certainty what it means, either. Maybe the person has even watched a show called "Zwei" or "Zweimal" and forgot to put quotation marks around the name, who knows ...

@Kimberson actually i transcripted this sentence, that's probably why it has a bad punctuation T.T. I know they were talking about the serie Wednesday and here is more of the context, I hope this helps you:

"Hast du Wednesday geschaut ?

Hmm hmmm. Ich hab das in einer Nacht durch gesusuchtet. Zwei mal wieder eine Serie, die ich voll zu Ende geschaut hab, aber die fand ich ganz cool hatte was."
