This refers to the popular habit of grading women by a number scale from one to 10. 10 being the most attractive, obviously.

Amongst people who speak this way, the women are not only given numbers according to attractiveness, but are named as such – so a group of women who all score 9 for attractiveness will be called a group of nines.

Let me point out right here that most people who own brains consider this way of talking to be stupidly offensive.

Nonetheless, it has become very common. And now, you know what it means.
