It's okay, if it's someone you are not that familiar with (or if the person is quite older than you)
But, to make it sound more like a suggetion, how about 저랑 영화를 보실래요?
저와 영화를 볼래요? 저하고 영화를 볼래요?
if you wanna use this expression; 저 하고 영화를 봐 주세요, you need to add ~~~~ longgg yo at the end.....
