Can you use "unos/unas" with fractions? I want to say "about 2/3" but I can't find examples of "unos dos tercios." Always I see "alrededor de" or "cerca de".

2/3 = Dos Tercios
About 2/3 = Alrededor de dos tercios, mas o menos dos tercios

You can't say "Un 2/3" if you want to treat it as a countable thing, however, when we want to be inaccurate on purpose informally it's common to say "unos..." for example "Estudiar me llevó unos dos meses" which means it took you around 2 months, not exactly 2 months. If you want to use "unos" that way, it is perfect. "Completé unos tres cuartos del libro".
